July 25, 2009: Today we celebrated my father's 75th birthday. It's great that I still have him around. I gave him a gift of music by playing the song that I wrote for him about five years ago. I haven't recorded it, so he doesn't get to hear it unless I play it. He enjoys it.
For that, I am truly thankful.
