June 3, 2009: Another long day at work. I am fighting to maintain my ground. Successes seem few and far between. However, I have been trying hard this week to be a leader and stop looking for direction. I say the movie Midway this weekend. There was a quote: "When in command, command!" I am trying to do that. It does seem to make things go better.
For that, I am truly thankful.
