Listen to yourself and learn

April 22, 2009: Today, my daughter came home from softball practice upset because she is horrible. We talked about what she expected and why she decided to try sports. We talked about not having to be the best. We talked about trying things that we may not be good at so that we experience more.

I learned a lot. For that, I am truly thankful.
