Mentoring

March 10, 2009: I had another 1:1 with my mentor today. He has a great way of making me think about how my team is doing and how I am doing. He also makes it fun. He is easy to talk to. There are many things that I can learn from him and he is willing to teach me.

for that, I am truly thankful.
