March 5, 2009: We had an all team meeting today where our leadership discussed how things work in the new org. it was good to hear some of these things straight from their mouths. i think that a lot of people had other ideas about how we were going to work. Now, we should have some clarity and common direction.
For that, i am truly thankful.
