January 27, 2009: I am so impressed with the people on my team. It is humbling to be asked to lead a group that is this good. I pray that I can lead them in the right way, helping them be successful and recognizing that success so that they get their due. We can show this organization what a great team can do.
For that, I am truly thankful.
