December 9, 2008: At this week's meeting, I was very aware of the help that I and the other 'old-timers' are providing the new guys. They really seem to be catching on and making strides. I do worry about some of them and whether they are looking deep enough, but when even a few seem to be getting it, you do feel good.
For that, I am truly thankful.
