December 12, 2008: I met with the Culture Team at work today. We discussed how we can help our company and our fellow associates through these tough times as we restructure. I gave my point of view that we can help drive a positive attitude throughout the organization. We need it at this time. Everyone agreed and I think that we will begin moving in that direction. It will help tremendously.
For that, I am truly thankful.
